INSTRUCTIONS
- Start with 1/4 dropper (7.5mg for 900mg or 15mg for 1800mg) every evening. Hold under tongue for 60 seconds, then swallow.
- Wait 20 minutes. If you don't feel any effect, take another 1/4 dropper.
- Repeat routine daily.
- Add additional dose every morning if all day support is desired.
